Worked my way up from Intern to Marketing Executive, being promoted and changing roles 3 times, enabling me to gain a wide range of experiences within the field of Marketing. Working in a cross functional capacity to execute the marketing strategy for 13 offices. Responsible for market research, rebranding the company and website, planning and executing events, and the successful company wide implementation of the new CRM system.• Implemented the first CRM system in the entire firm. This required me to develop and manage an internal marketing campaign to raise awareness for CRM system and highlight the benefits. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders was imperative to the success of this project due to the radical change the new system brought. • Worked closely with the web development team to map content for our rebranding and refresh of the Al Tamimi company website in October 2011; maintaining the site content and publishing firm news, and updates to clients and readers as well as the firm’s iPad App. Managed the analysis of the website using Google Analytics and reporting insights to the Regional Head of Marketing.• Managed the firm’s external communications, such as newsletters and Law Updates, a monthly magazine published by Al Tamimi and circulated to 14,000 clients.• Supported client events e.g. booking venues, sending invitations, designing invites through CRM, controlling RSVPs from conception to completion of the events.• Managed the relationship with our PR agency, being the point of contact in arranging TV, radio, and print interviews for Senior Partners.• Market Research – Compiled industry reports for Business Development using intelligence services such as Meed projects, Zawya and FDI• Worked with the Knowledge Manager to build the knowledge bank intranet to maintain the UAE laws, Judgments, articles, referral lawyers, ebooks and newsletters• Managed the social media channels.
