I developed a Windows application using PyQt5, Sqlite, and a range of Python libraries to fulfill the specific requirements of my client. The primary objectives of this application were centered around efficient document management, encompassing tasks such as storage, sorting, and merging. The utilization of this software led to remarkable results, notably reducing AKPA employees' working hours by over 20%.Key functionalities of the application included:✅ Robust search and filtering capabilities for products based on various parameters including date and name.✅Seamless downloading and uploading of backup files to ensure data integrity.✅ Streamlined receipt of outputs in formats like PDF and Excel from the products.✅ Implementation of a robust and secure authentication system to safeguard sensitive information.In summary, this application not only effectively optimized document management processes but also significantly enhanced overall productivity for AKPA employees.
