• Leading a team of 12 engineers through the design and validation of a steel-tube chassis for a fully electric formula racing vehicle.• Managing all chassis business operations including securing sponsorships, purchasing material, and communicating with financial supporters.

• Utilized Solidworks CAD modeling to reconstruct the chassis of the vehicle. Performed a torsion simulation using FEA in Ansys to validate torsional stiffness requirements. Simulation involved applying a 2000N load at the suspension point to induce torque throughout the chassis. • Designed and manufactured a jig for chassis-manufacturing to position all tubes during welding.
