Responsible for developing key customizations and maintaining the Salesforce.com instance used to support several sales verticals for the North America Seller Services division of Amazon.com (Marketplace). Duties included custom development, data governance, license management, and training.• Developed a lead qualification tool which streamlined the process for sales to evaluate potential third-party sellers and onboard them onto the marketplace. • Responsible for working with various business units to identify opportunities to further scale by improving automation and increasing efficiencies.• Responsible for building and maintaining scheduled batch ETL jobs to process data for data quality initiatives. • Developed a custom case management system to replace a deprecated issue tracker tool.

Successfully developed and deployed several advanced force.com apex customizations for clients along the West Coast of the United States. These customizations included apex triggers, apex classes, and visual force pages with a mash-up of Javascript, jQuery, JSON and cascade style sheets. As the lead developer for this organization, I have been responsible for all project facets including; test scripts, user interface, graphic design, and project documentation. • Responsible for designing, developing, testing and deployment of applications for; advanced sales-forecasting, energy audits, sales order roll-up reporting, and advanced email incorporations.• Regularly practiced advanced governor limit elusion techniques through the use of collections, JSON, and Javascript.• Regularly wrote test methods and classes for deployment of sandbox development projects to live production environments.• Daily responsibilities included developing customizations to meet functional definitions using eclipse and other force.com tools, deploying those customizations, and communicating with clients throughout the lifecycle of the project. • Responsible for researching new technologies and trends.

Through this Seattle-based organization, I gained experience on large scale environmental compliance projects. Throughout my tenure here I continued to achieve a high measure of confidence from my employer and their clients. The following is a brief summation of my responsibilities and accomplishments:As an environmental compliance project manager, I was responsible for roughly 1,500+ environmental compliance inspections for Government, Commercial and Private properties throughout Washington state.Also responsible for web development, graphic design, and technical advice IT equipment modifications.Responsible for the development of an online hazardous materials management system for The Seattle Center. This system was designed to assist the facility managers with their environmental compliance management strategies with dynamic records and reports.
