This position allowed me to develop strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills while ensuring customer satisfaction. Despite enjoying my job, I made the decision to resign to pursue my degree, as I firmly believe in the importance of education.During the mid-semester of 2024, I felt ready to explore new opportunities and applied for a customer service role at a different company. After successfully navigating the interview process, I was fortunate to be selected. Although I worked there for only three months, it was an enriching experience that allowed me to adapt to a new environment and further develop my professional abilities. This journey has taught me to balance academic commitments with gaining practical experience, shaping me into a versatile and dedicated individual.
