AT H&M, I have been handling transition for multiple countries and this involves considerable interaction with the local accounting team and also training new staff members. At Infosys BPM, I led complete Invoice processing (trade & non-trade) transition for a leading Logistics client as a primary IOT (Initial Onsite Trainee). My key responsibilities included:- Process vendor invoices for global countries, which includes both PO and Non-PO invoices- Developed standard operating procedures and document workflows for current and future process steps, along with training new hires.- Responsible for charging expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice / expense reports; recording entries- Perform three-way matching of invoices with PO lines-Typically first escalation POC for client issues related to area of expertise.-Produce month-end closing reports

Key Responsibilities: ● Expert in maintaining the records of purchases by analyzing the invoice with quantity , price and other data reviewing like delivery docket ● Communicated with internal and external vendors in response to inquiries and resolved issues timely of invoices, statements and expense reports in accordance with the standard processes. ● Providing guidance and assistance to other inventory accounts payable employees in the department regarding workloads, procedures, problems and questions that arise. ● Matching of invoices with PO and then scanning it in ERP Analysis

- Comprehensive Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)- Completing & validating the account reconciliation log- Resolving reconciled items.- Preparing reconciliation & making necessary entries in books on daily basis.- Assisting agents with requisite information, along with assistance in queries and updating of records- Providing financial updates to client's agents / employees via phone / email in case of discrepancies such as double posting, etc.- End to End invoice processing, including connecting with supplier / LOB in case of incomplete invoice details and requesting for resubmission of invoice for payment- Release approved invoices for payment in ERP system- Amend ERP system with updates received i.e. blocking / unblocking of invoices / vendors- Cancel payments in accordance with client request- Preparing monthly reports and assisting in month end closing- Maintaining vendor files and managing the same- Working on inquiries of vendors and providing them with necessary details
