Business Leader with over 20 years of experience, establishing and scaling GCC operations for US MNCs. Currently Head Finance and MD at Planful India (Formerly Host Analytics India). Responsible for overall operations and growth strategy in addition to Finance. Over the last 16 years I have been part of corporate leadership teams and instrumental in setting direction and helped companies build offshore models, re-engineer processes and streamline operations. In addition to Finance I have managed HR, Operations, Legal, Internal IT and Facilities. I have helped put together India growth strategies, with a focus on driving Enterprise value.
