 Recruitment and Selection:• Coordinate the recruitment process• Obtain JDs from line managers, prepare ads for both for external & internal source, sort CVs and arrange interviews• Coordinate pre-recruitment medical checkup• Prepare appointment letters and arrange on-boarding formalities• Prepare yearly recruitment planning with consultation of the functional heads• Maintain an active and organized CV bank for various positions Payroll Management:• Maintain payroll information by designing systems• Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, adding monthly sales incentives, mobile/tab deduction or any other deductions• Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports• Process Salary and OT in monthly basis. HR Operations:• Employee life cycle management – from joining to separation• Maintain employee record through HR Database and all personal & HR files• Coordinate separation process – Clearance, final settlement and exit interview• Track probation, confirmation, retirement, promotion, re-designation, etc. and prepare relevant letters• Prepare all Monthly and annual HR reports• Handle employee grievance• Conduct internal survey on different HR related issues and communicate results to concerned authorities

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of our HR Information Systems.• Record and process employee information including annual leave, salaries and working hours.• Process Salary and OT in monthly basis.• Support management on structural policy matters related to the HRIS.• Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data.• Work alongside the IT department to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS.• Oversee all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department.• Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.• CV screening and short listing• Arrange interview, coordinate with other board members• Recruitment process documentation• Conduct induction and joining formalities• Draft and issue different types of letters• Assist to analyze KPI and performance appraisal• Compile and update employee records• Identify the improvement areas in HR related operations in the organization; provide report and possible recommendation to the management.
