Main responsibilities:- Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.- Develop, track and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations.- Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships.- Monitoring Technical Services, Software Projects, Priorities, Standards, Procedures and Overall Performance.- Goal Setting, Planning and Organizing. - Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements.- Analyzing projects to determine resource requirements and procuring necessary equipment and software.- Gathering the requirements, defining scopes, allocation of resources and establishment of schedules for IT projects
