-Leading a team of over 20 business analysts and software engineers whom develop and implement digital customer on-boarding solutions using agile methodologies. - Lead the team to design and develop the first virtual finance and insurance platform for BMW Australia.- Prioritising product backlog based on business values and market demand while setting realistic expectations regarding development and timeline. - Identifying new product features based on client feedback and market research; analyzing current and future gaps in product capabilities.  - Proactive communication with internal and/or external stakeholders including senior management regarding product road map, milestones, KPIs and risks. - Subject-matter expert for Digital Customer On-boarding projects for multiple clients.

- Acting as the presales lead for all demos and POCs and internally, in charge of product enhancements, new feature releases, lead tester and main product trainer. Leading the R&D team to gather requirements for developing Chatbot as the latest addition to the Digital Customer Onboarding Solution.- Functional Lead in implementation of Malaysia’s First Online SME Financing Referral Platform (imSME). imSME is wholly owned and managed by Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia Berhad (CGC) and is supported by Bank Negara Malaysia. - Functional Lead in the implementation of Digital Customer Onboarding solution for one of the Malaysian small and medium enterprise banking company owned by the Ministry of Finance of Malaysia. Leading and guiding the functional team on gathering requirements and implementing the digital customer onboarding solution. Played a vital role in conducting design thinking workshops with Bank to focus on their customer journey improvements. Consulted the bank on best practices to onboard SME customers digitally. - Functional Lead in the implementation of a cloud-based collection system for one of the credit bureaus in Malaysia. Managed a team to successfully develop and implement a collection solution within 2 months.
