Managing complete Recruitment & Selection Cycle in accordance with company's objective.

• Receiving job applications / resumes, maintaining resumes database, screening of resumes, scheduling interviews, technical tests where applicable, soliciting selection decision and giving job offers.• Ensuring complete and accurate reports of recruitment are made and submitted to CEO / COO’s office.• Overseeing the Final settlements/ superannuation of employees.• Ensuring harmonious working relationship with the staff, responsible for team motivation and performance.• Grievance handling and maintaining congenial relationship with the Management staff.• Preparation of departmental budget in consultation with Finance department.• Leading the complete performance appraisal cycle.• Working closely with the Group HR for various assignments and projects.• HR Awareness- creating awareness about the HR functions and its policies and procedures. • Preparation of Payroll and updating the data for payroll and ensuring submission of finalized payroll to Accounts with in stipulated timeline.• Receiving leave applications and making adjustments for payroll processing.• Receiving job applications / resumes, maintaining resumes database, screening of resumes, scheduling interviews, technical tests where applicable, soliciting selection decision and giving job offers.• Updating and maintaining recruitment status summaries for every quarter.• Processing fuel and mobile allowances reimbursements of the entitled staff.• Handling full and final settlements of separating employees.• Ensuring harmonious working relationship with the staff.• Responsible for housekeeping, general maintenance, machine maintenance factory wide.• Purchase of required parts, stationary and of any sort as and when required.• Grievance handling and maintaining congenial relationship with the factory workers.• Record keeping and furnishing different required reports as and when required by the CEO.

• Responsible for all accounting activities.• Liaison with government / private organizations for taxation, LC, shipment matters etc.• Maintain records, preparation of tax documents i.e., Sales Tax, Income Tax.• Preparation of Annual financial statements.• Manage accounts, perform routine office activities such as filing and book keeping etc.
