Major Responsibilities:1. Executing and monitoring project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring business case.2. Organization and coordination of internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of projects.3. Ensuring the timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.4. Allocation of resources and ensure availability. 5. Preparation of detail project plan to track progress.6. Monitoring project performance with the help of appropriate tool and techniques.7. Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs with the help of appropriate verification techniques.8. Preparation of reports and present them to CEO as needed.9. Maintain relationship with the client and all stakeholders.10. Analyze and manage risks in order to minimize negative effect on a project.11. 1. Design review at 30%, 60%, 90%, 100% for major fire protection and plumbing systems.2. Irrigation system design review.3. Engineering for construction team.4. BIM assistance for clashes.

• Participate and provide feedback and technical comments on schedule reviews of Saudi Aramco technical standards and specification such as SAES, SAEP, SAMSS etc; • commissioning of all kinds of piping Underground and on ground of Water Distribution System. Mainly Oil and Gas, Chilled Water Supply lines, Fire Water Supply lines, Fire Water supply lines, Irrigation water and irrigation treated water lines and potable water lines etc. as well as all the valve boxes for underground pipeline.• Provide input to technical requirements that enable organizations to operate and maintain facilities efficiently and cost effectively.• Perform pre-screening engineering desk reviews of potential suppliers in support of Materials supply and Strategic Sourcing.• Provide support to Saudi Aramco project teams of specialized engineering nature in the design reviews (30%, 60%, 90%).• Perform Technical Assessments of potential manufacturers as delegated by SA Engineering Services (Technical Assessment, Factory Acceptance Test FAT and periodic assessments.• Provide engineering support in technical descriptions in contracts for the procurement of special engineering services and/or studies from engineering service providers. Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the TED Division.• Works on MPCS system as well as commissioning.• Review operation and maintenance manuals.• Review and feedback on Technical Queries (TQ).• Review and feedback on as built drawings.• Review NMR 602 and 603. • Installation and commissioning of HVAC equipments and ducts including chilled water piping.
