Met with HODs to seek approval for trainings of their respective departments.

-Assisting in the recruitment process, by circulating Job Advertisements, doing pre-screening calls, and scheduling interviews.-Updated internal databases of employees Information, including contact details, employment forms and Gather data like leaves, working hours and bank Accounts of employees.-Reference check the bills and Documents and Record the process of data collection.-Daily follow up with employees upon their attendance through HRMS and Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
