• Advertisement of posts in local dailies as per requirement • Screening and Short listing of candidates.• Take Interviews of short listed candidates of all level• Conduct meeting of Selection Committee/Selection Board • Processing/Drafting of all kinds of HR letters and notes• Finalization of monthly payroll • Orientation of New Employees• Assistant in Preparation and implementation of HR policies and Procedures.• Look after day to day employees’ issues. • Performance Appraisals of employees.• Handling health insurance policy of all employees with Adamjee Insurance.• Leave Management and Final Settlement of Employees• Compensation and Benefits • Any other work assigned by the Management.
