- Leading the maintenance team for the 2000MTPD (Group II) and 767MTPD (Group I) equipped with 3 Engineers, 4 foremen and 17 technicians.- Review and optimization of PM programs.- Review of blanket agreements for maintenance support with vendors.- Field troubleshooting support and setting the guidelines for team.- Preparation of maintenance procedures in order to achieve uniformity of skills among the team.- Review of spare parts data package and add to stock items.- Schedule Compliance and performance monitoring (KPIs).- Participation in audits and leading the incident investigations (RCA).- Identification of training needs and development of Personnel Development Plan for the team.- MOC (management of change) Organization and necessary document updates.

- Managed the E&I team of 100+ Personnel which include 5 Engineers for the commissioning and maintenance activities.- Commissioning and maintenance for 1500MW, Combined Cycle extension, which consists of 10 BRUSH Generators Units, 10 ALSTOM FKGA GCB Units, 10 sets of ALSTOM 196MVA GSU transformers, ISO phase bus duct, MV/LV SWGRs, Aux. transformers, UPS/Chargers and MCCs.- Management of commissioning activities for 10 x 380KV Feeder Substation Extension which consists of 380KV cable protection system, EHV 380KV cables and related accessories. - Commissioning and maintenance of Control Systems equipped with DCS, PLC , SCADA implemented for , 40 Dual pressure HRSG Units – NEM, 10 Units of Steam Turbines – GE, 32 Units of Frame7EA Gas Turbines – GE and Water Treatment Plant with 180 m3/h capacity.- Conducting the daily/weekly progress meetings and walk downs with site teams and assignment of the related targets.- To maintain comprehensive project documentation and red mark ups.- Preparation of warranty claims, making defect reports and follow up with vendors for spare parts.- Co-ordination with all parties in the project i.e. consultants, contractors, sub-contractors.- Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.- Review of subcontractors’ contract documents and scope of work.- Identification of elements at project design stage and construction likely to give rise to disputes and their resolution.- While using standards HPI tools Monitoring of CPI, SPI and management of resources like manpower, equipment, and material.- Preparation of Histograms for manpower and equipment usage.

- Commissioning and Maintenance of 32 Crude Oil Heaters units – Exheat 1250KW each.- Commissioning and Maintenance of 10 Bleed Air Coolers Units. - Lead the calibration and configuration activity of various field devices like pressure / temperature / level switches and transmitters, control valves, analyzers and pneumatic equipment.- Commissioning co-ordination with GE for 16 GTG frame 7EA gas turbine units.- Lead the Verification of safety and interlock test for GTG units with MARK VIE Control.- Supervision of commissioning, vibration monitoring system - BENTLEY NEAVADA 3500.- Commissioning supervision and Maintenance of CAT 3616 BSDG unit. - Preparation of comprehensive project documentation such as red markups and as built dwgs.- Lead the close out team i.e. punch list, NCRs and WDRs.
