At IKONIC, I work full-time as a Project Coordinator, where my responsibilities include communicating with international clients and coordinating with developers to effectively tackle and complete client projects. Additionally, I also work as a MERN stack developer, which allows me to gain a deeper understanding of the projects at hand.

At Square Trade, I worked as a Customer Support Specialist, where my primary responsibility was handling insurance claims using Salesforce. I interacted with multiple customers daily, assisting them in resolving their claims efficiently. At IBEX, I was awarded the title of Nesting Champion and achieved the lowest call rate timing in my entire batch.
