MANAGEMENT:  To manage the IT Team of headquarter along-with 7 provincial branches of PRCS To design & develop the Project Documents (Project Cycle, Management, SRS, Design & Implementation, etc.) Departmental Documentations, Policy & Procedures, Presentations, Training & User Help Manuals. Implementation & Administration of state of the art customized ERP solution in NHQ & 7 provincial branches. Implementation & Administration of Cloud Based Microsoft Office 365 Solution. Implementation of centralized official web site of the organization along-with 7 provincial branches. Implementation & Administration of SAP ERP System. Implementation & Administration of Online Office Management System. (in-house development) To manage the IT Budget, Inventory, Stores and Procurement. To coordinate with different organizations related to different IT activities.IT NETWORK:  To manage, design, monitor, configure, test and troubleshoot the complete IT Network.  To manage & monitor the basic configuration of CISCO Routers and Switches.  To manage & monitor more than 250 nodes of LAN network utilizing MRTG, Net Flow Analyzer and other network utilities.  Configure, install, secure and manage & monitor complete Wi-Fi network within the PRC office (more than 25 devices)  To manage & monitor the WAN connectivity with Telenor Pakistan on a SMS based system.  To manage & monitor the fibber link between two PRC buildings.  To manage & monitor the daily network trouble shooting of internal end users.  To Manage & Monitor Radio & wireless (HF-VHF) Connectivity in all over Pakistan.
