Responsible for providing efficient and effective financial support to the whole of the organisation and to ensure all day-to-day processes are managed in an accurate and timely manner.

Responsible for the day-to-day tasks entailed with running a finance department such as taking ownership of the purchase and sales ledger and to be responsible for credit control. Also ensuring the smooth running of the invoice discounting system and to provide general support to the finance director with all other clerical and administrative tasks.

Responsible for supporting and helping the Royalties manager with specific projects and tasks such as analysing statements, contacting customers and keeping the data in the system up-to-date.

Initially spent a year as a credit controller, before this new role was created through the merger of the Credit Controller and Customer Support roles. Responsible for thoroughly understanding and managing customer portfolio, proactively engaging in billing, queries, payment, debt and renewal conversations with timely and accurate updates to customers.
