I have started my career in the same field, Passive cabling on fiber & UTP cable solutions.I am Heading my Division for exploring new customers & existing customers for their day to day I.T operations.

 Looking at the client structure cabling & data centers projects. Responsible for the complete ownership of I.T technical projects. We have our clients whom we are providing I.T infrastructure support Passive & active devices both (mostly Banks). Managing projects of company clients (Faysal Bank, SCB, DIB, Bank Al Habib etc). Completion of projects from 0 to 100 percent.

Has worked as an IT Helpdesk Supervisor through an outsourced (BCI services Company) www.bci.net.pk  Ensures appropriate level of technical support resources, services, skills, equipments & facilities are made available for the smooth running of IT business in Head office & other Branches. Responsible for country wide I.T support related issues and their solutions in the bank. Supervision of BCI I.T support engineers in remote locations & managing their branch IT support related issues. Maintain and develop healthy working relationship with all cross functional teams in order to collectively achieve the organizational goals and objectives. Managing I.T support Officers in remote areas which comes under BCI Services domain. Looking at the end user I.T problem tickets that are being raised on Tameer IT helpdesk (closure, assignment & updating tickets) Ensure timely user notification of I.T equipments maintenance requirements and effects on system availability. Serve as liaison between BCI vendor and the technology departments to resolve issues in installing new I.T infrastructure equipments. Productively and quickly resolve I.T related queries and come up with swift resolution. Work as a team member with Tameer IT staff, such as systems to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems.  Responsible to Look over country wide Servers inventory, their maintenance & upgrade etc. Attending I.T meetings with my mangers on weekly & monthly basis to discuss any pending issues & future strategy to make I.T helpdesk response time quicker. Leading audio conferences between my support engineers on weekly basis for the closure & updating of logged I.T support tickets being raised on Tameer IT helpdesk
