•Daily preparation of Monthly Inventory System (MIS) of production. Monitored process chemical parameters with a distributed control system and took necessary actions to control the process activities.•Planned the day-to-day production of chemical plants and improved chemical engineering processes of product and reaction to achieve maximum output with required quality by effectively utilizing man, equipment, and materials.•To ensure safe processes in the chemical plant and guide supervisors and technicians to adhere to the guidelines in handling the hazardous chemicals used in the chemical plant. Giving training to Plant Supervisors, Operators, and casuals about the safe working environment.•Monitor and maintain all process parameters as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and then report to Manager-Production.•Planned and scheduled maintenance activity of the chemical plant. Daily work follows up with the Maintenance/Electrical/Instrument Department for the pending jobs and modification or improvement of chemical equipment used in the plant.•Coordinate with the Service department to schedule Preventive Maintenance of chemical plant equipment to issue and give clearance work permits for preventive maintenance. Communication with the Services Department, like Maintenance, Utility, Electrical, and Instrumentation departments, to carry out the maintenance work in the streamline flow.•Coordinate with the quality control department regarding results and analysis of the day-to-day samples and quality of final chemical products.•Preparation of Daily Production reports, Daily Shift schedules, Work Inventory Processes, and plant stock at month-end and daily updating of Batch Summary Reports of every product.•Dispatched the final product after proper inspection in the plant, transported material to the warehouse, and handled the dispatch documentation process.•Daily punching of batch data in Systems, Applications, and products in Data Processing (SAP System).

• Worked with the project team and help them in process plant start up, installation of new process vessels and chemical plant equipment.• Carrying out of hydro testing and Pneumatic testing of Chemical pipelines, reactors and vessels.• Preparation of Daily Production planning and Raw Material Planning for the entire day as per the production target.• Ensuring safety of process work for the ongoing production activities in the chemical plant, and issuing work permits for maintenance related work in the process plant.• Handling shift technicians and operators and giving training about the batch process and standard operating procedure.• Weekly planning and scheduling of maintenance activities with the Shift Engineer.• Daily maintenance follows up with the maintenance department for the maintenance activities of chemical process plant equipment and new vessel/equipment installation.• Coordinating with service department for scheduling Preventing Maintenance of process equipments and to issue work permit and giving clearance for carrying out work related to breakdown of preventive maintenance.• Daily communication with service departments like Maintenance, Utility, Electrical & Instrumentation for streamlining process plant activities.• Preparation of Daily Production Report, Daily plant stock and raw material consumption, Shift schedules, WIP & Plant stock on month end and daily updating of Batch Summary Report of every Raw material and final product.• Handling final product dispatch and paperwork from process plant to warehouse.
