Functional Consultant
Current• Prepare and contribute to process design workshops, ensuring alignment with customer’s business processes.• Analyze customer’s business processes and ensure the design of the solution meets customer’s requirements.• Manage the upstream and downstream impacts of design and system decisions.• Lead the configuration and development of the system, gaining acceptance from the customer.• Assist customers in testing cycles, ensuring the solution meets the intended requirements.• Perform technical preparation of Business Processes, Test Scenarios, End-user documentation, and User manuals.• Assist the customer with solution knowledge transfer, establishing credibility and building customer relationships.• Identify and communicate opportunities for additional business with the customer.• Continually develop solution core skills and business knowledge, using implementation methodologies and tools in the project.• Interact with the organization as necessary during the project and perform any required administrative tasks.• Lead the execution of assigned project tasks, facilitating meetings/task groups, tracking and influencing task group progress, and tracking project deliverables.• Operate autonomously as a team member, reporting progress to the Project Manager/Team Leader and participating as an active member of the project team.• Set priorities appropriately, ensuring that work outputs are timely and of the highest quality.• Recently started development work, primarily coding in PHP and HTML, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.• Currently pursuing a certification to further enhance technical skills and proficiency in development.
