Review MTC of ordered material and verify the supplied material is as per requested. • Ensure all necessary paperwork such as completion certificates are signed off appropriately.• Responsible for the overall direction and management of Projects through designated team of engineers and technicians on site and in the workshops. Coordinate with third party inspection agency and clients for joint inspection. • Ensure Competency and training requirements are met for all pump fitters/ mechanics and technicians.• Resolve all the administrative site issues as required.• Developed Central Engineering & Maintenance Workshop for a Major project i.e. Ma’aden Aluminium plant Ras Al Khair.
