With experience as the Head of the mental and spiritual Department at Senior Resident, General Chairman of the missionary faculty of forestry and environment, and extensive coaching experience during the campus introduction period for new IPB University students, I have developed valuable skills in mentoring, leadership, and communication. Additionally, my role as an Assistant Lecturer for Islamic religious education courses and Dormitory Supervisor at Senior Resident has further enhanced my ability to effectively manage teams and create a positive work environment.
