Recently, I have completed working on a contract with TELUS International as an E-commerce Analyst, AI Team. I was mainly responsible for exploring e-commerce websites, performing user acceptance testing on main functionalities of the web applications and was also responsible for identifying and validating various payment signals available on the sites. I also worked with Analytics team to QA/UAT data pulled from research and other sources. I was also involved in finding financial, logistic and partnership solutions to assist client grow local business in the Canada region. Previously, I have worked as a Software Tester for a web application of Niphtio. Here I was responsible for Functional/Regression/Exploratory/User Acceptance Tests and generating bug/test reports for the company. I also accomplished working on a capstone project on developing and testing an application “EDO Performance Measurement Tool” for a client - The Evidence Network Inc., Toronto using Agile Methodology. I was the Project Coordinator but also developed software requirement specification, executed software testing and created test reports. I was also responsible for client communication and management. Apart from all these experiences, I also have more than four years of experience working in the education sector.My educational background includes Computer Applications Development (CAD) certificate program from Conestoga College, Waterloo ON, and a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration with a major in Finance.Experience has taught me to be a successful team player having the abilities to meet strict deadlines and stakeholder expectations, to contribute independently and/or as a team to team’s goals, gain exposure to and skills in tools and techniques used in requirement analysis, data manipulation and analysis, and software development and testing.
