• Routine office administration/ sales coordination / account assistant & assisting manager in HR recruitment as well as with sales department .• Accounts receivables; customer statements, customer payments/collections, invoicing and reconciliations• Accounts payables; which included vendor statements, vendor bills, payments and reconciliations as well as credit management • Full Ownership of accounts and finance• Payroll preparation/review• Coordinating with FTA for VAT registration & other query• Maintain company VAT records and filling the VAT retruns• Complete general ledger operation• Monthly closing and preparation of the MIS report• Assist in preparing budget and forcast• Month and end-of-year processes• preparation of periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required.• Managing general and administration expense accounts, payroll posting by using WPS, and the staff settlement and overtime calculation and escalation of excess manpower utilized on projects and obtaining daily activity report happening on the project with the project manager• Examine settlement payment request and other request for staff welfare and interacting with the banks for better facilities for company staff• Management of bank accounts, balance and reconciliation. Handling a project for a major telecommunication service provider in UAE( coordinating with client , operation team documentation handling , preparing monthly billing etc)• Month end and year end closure• Respond to queries from internal and external clients, in time.• Coordinating with the insurance consultant on medical and updating the same and renewing the same.• Ensure periodically online track of status of vehicle payment of fines, and registration on due date .
