Oversee scheduling of over 800 multi-national agents by creating an Excel overview of staffing at 30 minutes daily interval which follow client's requirements.Tracking changes in BAU Schedule throughout the time by maintaining a tracker file for operations and support team to refer to, and assisting with transition schedule on quarterly basis.Consult Team Leads to Senior Managers on scheduling and staffing solutions during MCO and EMCO period, by streamlining staffing simulation which helps the leadership to make important business decisions within short amount of time.Guide scheduling by delivering reports such as Weekly BAU Schedule Tracker, which helps schedule records accuracy, and Monthly Vacation Leave Allocations, that transformed leave management of agents to meet 95% to 100% Max bill Attainments.Involve in launching the UAT (Automated Scheduling) which will help the monthly and quarterly scheduling process, also assisting in meeting client's requirement.Assist senior managements on scheduling and seating solutions by simulating schedule and seat utilization based on forecasted headcount.Assisting stakeholder with ad-hoc requests such as assessing schedule coverage and compliances for any schedule changes, seat utilization with staff movement across sites and shifts, best time to conduct maintenance or events.
