Our research team aimed to create a prototype of a web-based interface that empowers first-generation college students through the uncertainties of the college admissions process.* Empathy Workship - Set up with the community in order to gain insight into the challenges of college admissions process through 2 main methods, User Journey Map and Map of Assests.* Analyzation / Ideation - POV Statements, User Personas, Feasibility and Usability chart through Miro.* Prototype - Paper prototype, Figma Prototype* Testing - Testing done through the community in the form of a workshop. SPIRE-EIT was a NSF funded project.
