Planning and Operations- Co-developed the implementation plans, operational activities and prepared budgets for 3 core projects - Co-created Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of a project (Creative Clubs) leveraging access to life skills for adolescents in Bangladesh- Streamlined the operational process of 3 different projects (GRESP- CHT, Creative Clubs, Amra Notun Network) through technology integration, and process efficiency control- Mobilised 300 young changemakers in different regions of Bangladesh after capacitating them with project management basics to bring about changes in their communities through need-based activism and community action projects- Prepared presentations to showcase project updates, learnings and reports to support management in informed strategic decision making- Spearheaded the youth-based soft skills development activities of 10 Chittagong Hill Tracts indigenous communities. A total number of 130 young changemakers were capacitated through the activities - Coordinated with 12 different vendors for curriculum development, project efficiency research, project documentation, procurement and communication to ensure flawless execution of projectsMarket analysis and collaboration- Conducted stakeholder analysis to create collaboration and partnership strategies for onboarding 6 implementing partners in Chittagong Hill Tracts for the Global Affairs Canada funded project ‘Gender Responsive Education and Skills Programme in CHT’ (GRESP- CHT) - Assessing market opportunities by identifying key stakeholder requirements to onboard 7 schools for the Creative Clubs project - Represented BRAC Youth Platform in the multi-stream project management of the GRESP- CHTField Coordination- Coordinates the field operations of 3 projects focusing on the active citizenship of adolescents and young people- Maintains the proper communication/information exchange in between field offices and head office

With the motto “Human Spirit”, Epyllion Group started its journey in 1994 with a ready-made garments unit in Dhaka. Now its business territory is spreading over Dhaka, Narayanganj, and Gazipur with 12 business units.My role responsibilities were: - Led a 160-person production team to ensure efficient and in-time production of RMG products - Crafted the production plan for smooth manufacturing and delivery of over 200 large quantity RMG products - Optimised the proper skilled worker allocation process in unique styles through skill analysis and capacity building to reduce the skill gap among workers. - Orchestrated the effective engagement of workers in day-to-day production activities- Developed the operation plan for around 80 distinctive styles by analysing the samples and their Standard Minute Values (SMV)- Developed an elastic consumption-reducing policy for the production plant to reduce consumption by 2%During my tenure, I also proposed several new process inclusion to implement lean manufacturing, such as:- Increasing the roll quantity of elastic to reduce waste- Proximity-based sample tracking system to reduce time loss

As a Management Trainee in the Industrial Engineering Department at Epyllion Style Limited, my job responsibilities were:- Assist in load and capacity planning by using industrial engineering tools and techniques- Supported the team in the skill gap analysis of 500 production workers- Calculated the thread consumption for more than 200 styles of garments- Prepared a model of a sample tracking system through a proximity-based identification system- Assisted in checking the pilot run and identifying the critical areas- Analyze the running process critically and add value for smooth operationAlso, as a Management Trainee in the Industrial Engineering department, I achieved the first position in the induction program.

Amra Notun Network is an inclusive youth platform to develop active, enlightened, skilful, and empathetic citizens for tomorrow through a comprehensive package of 21st-century skills training and community service projects. The target group is aimed at college and university students, along with fresh graduates, within the age group of 16-30 years. I supported session organization, participant acquisition, and facilitation as a learning co-facilitator. During my tenure as a learning co-facilitator, I kept the training of 156 participants from different universities on various topics such as leadership, networking, storytelling, public speaking, career guidance and financial basics. Also, I mentored 30 young changemakers to establish community action projects to bring positive change in their surroundings.
