Direct and oversee the implementation of the ITIL (Information TechnologyInfrastructure Library) and the initiation/management of service level agreements(SLAs) with other departments to ensure that IT services are delivered in highquality standards• Monitor the management of IT incidents and problems to ensure businesscontinuity, less customer complaints and high customer satisfaction by reviewingand monitoring help desk complaints log and solutions implemented by staff on a periodic basis (weekly or monthly) • Evaluate the IT service level quality by ensuring timely closure of Help Desk requests (within IT industry acceptable standards) • Oversee the management of IT partners, suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of hardware and software • Ensure availability of technology documents/certificates including product registrations, SSL certificates, maintenance agreements, etc. • ITIL implemented, SLAs established and managed • IT incidents and problems monitored • Timely closure of help desk requests • IT partners, suppliers and vendors properly managed • Technology docs/certificates available
