• Locate the best travel trade partners for one year marketing contract partnerships in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Brunei. • Conducting destinations trainings or webinars with the travel agencies associations in Southeast Asia.• Increase the destinations knowledge through study trip or FAM to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The last assisted study trip was in November 2021 aiming to familiarize 15 main travel agencies from Ipoh with Saudi entry requirements and leisure attractions offerings.• Actively organizing in house destination trainings for the Muslim travel agencies in Malaysia. • Collaborate and work closely with airlines to increase the number of visitations into Saudi.

Supervision of the sales & marketing activities within the regions in peninsular Malaysia especially in Klang valley area. The tasks include:- Execute the marketing and revenue generation activities to drive the sales to the target given (monthly and annually). - Involved in sales marketing agenda planning.- Monitor sales performance of the top 20 RB travel agents in west Malaysia (GDS Booking) especially agencies listed in the station incentive program or with tactical special fare. Contribute necessary feedbacks/reports to HQ for KUL online sales performance as well.- Market analysis study to provide details of the up-to-date consumer buying trends and to come out with forward booking strategies to capture the sales.- Regular sales calls/discussions/product briefings with the travel agents to update regularly on RB products, find more group booking businesses and any new leads. It includes attending any issues/complaints and find ways to increase the sales via their selling channels.- Review group fares to be proposed to group desk according to market conditions and competitors’ offerings. Negotiate with Revenue Management to have win-win deal. - Report/propose to Country Manager on sales activities or any new marketing campaign.- Normal/tactical fare proposals to pricing/revenue management team- Communicate with key persons from the major stakeholders (travel agents/educational institutions/government related bodies/ corporate bodies) in improvising the service currently offered to the target market.- Working closely with the major stockholders such as media agencies /media channels/system providers/airport services/ground operators/ tourism boards to market the focused air services products.- Position the brand by aligning the marketing activities according to RB brand identity that suit the target market.- Contribute new ideas of sales/marketing strategies via the latest marketing channels especially on the online booking.
