Manage multiple vessel refit projects day to day operations as well as small to medium servicing and renewal projects. I plan ahead business opportunities to meet target KPI as well as maintaining business relation with both clients and suppliers. Responsible in ensuring smooth and efficient submission of documentations related to project registration and claim process. Actively on site to ensure smooth project progress as well as the needs, be it human resources or material delivery. Responsible in creating and maintaining documentation systems used throughout the company, this ensure all records (invoices, payments, project related reports) are cataloged in both digital and hard copy form to allow easy reference for all parties involved.

Maintaining vessel network and system infrastructure. Create and maintain network topography and database systems for vessel monitoring and control systems. Integrate several PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) into a centralized system as well as performing basic hardware and software maintenance. Specialized in Linux and Windows server systems for intranet use case.
