At PT. Inspirasi Bisnis Nusantara, I had the opportunity to work on an company's profiling website. Collaborating with an exceptional team, we aimed to enhance the company's branding and provide essential information to the public. Utilizing HTML, Tailwind, and ReactJS, we successfully delivered a platform that significantly boosted the company's online presence.In another project, I developed and documented an e-learning platform designed to train and monitor employee progress. Leveraging Moodle, this platform provided an effective solution for improving employee skills and performance.Additionally, I conducted research and development for a bot using Python and WhatsApp Business to improve customer engagement and communication efficiency. This project was focused on creating an innovative solution that added significant value to both the company and its customers by enhancing interaction and streamlining communication processes.

Through my participation in the Bangkit Mobile Development program, I gained extensive knowledge and experience in the technologies used in the mobile development industry, particularly Android. I acquired skills in Kotlin, NoSQL databases, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), UI/UX design, and more. This program, with its practical focus, provided me with hands-on experience in designing and building mobile applications. Additionally, my dedication to this program helped me develop essential soft skills such as time management, adaptability, and positive thinking. Overall, Bangkit has equipped me to pursue a career in mobile development and beyond.

Teaching about Object Oriented Programming using Java Programming Languange

Successfully executed two work programs and six agendas, achieving the set targets efficiently. Additionally, I managed a team of 12 individuals divided into three divisions, ensuring optimal coordination and productivity. I also improved the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for publication and partnership proposals, making them more effective. Furthermore, I supervised a work program for comparative studies with student associations from other universities outside Diponegoro University, enhancing inter-organizational collaboration and knowledge exchange. From these experiences, I learned to manage emotions, empathize with others, and improve time management skills, preparing myself for future activities.

Acted as a mediator for external collaborations and successfully chaired a benchmarking event with associations from other universities. Recognized as the best staff member in the Staff of Communication and Information. Hosted the IPODS (Informatics Podcast) discussing various topics. Through these experiences, I honed my communication and leadership skills, learned to view problems from multiple perspectives, and developed the ability to make calm and efficient decisions. These experiences have prepared me to face future challenges confidently.

Such an honor to be part of this event, LKMMD FSM 2021 gave me a lot of experience and answer my curiosity about skill management, and got more connections with new friends.
