Assala Mu Alaikum. I'm Farhan, currently working in Imperial Capital Ltd. as a Financial Analyst.# My Work:I work in one of the leading merchant banks of Bangladesh. I analyse listed and non-listed companies' financials, analyse trends in capital markets of both home and abroad, ensure complaince with the latest regulatory regulations and requirements and manage stock portfolios.# My Education:I have received my MBA and BBA degrees majoring in Banking and Insurance from the Department of Banking and Insurance, Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka.# My Achievements:Throughout my academic career I've received multiple awards including scholarships from Govt. of People's Republic of Bangladesh for excellence in academics.# My Professional Certifications:I've completed Business Level of CMA from ICMAB and enrolled further to complete my professional degree in Cost and Management Accounting.# My Interests:* I'm quite enthusiastic about Islamic Banking, Islamic Finance, Capital Market and Business Analytics.* I like to explore in research activities, often diving deep into the workings of businesses.* I'm an avid learner of business analysis and like to have an analytical approach to everything.# My Vision:My long term vision is to do research in the field of Islamic Finance.
