My tasks and responsibilities include:- Overseeing and supervising the whole Volunteer Engagement System of AFS Indonesia (activities, projects, recognition)- Administrative tasks: organizing meetings, issuing certificates, recommendation, reference, and acknowledgment letters, arranging & managing documents with great attention to detail, corresponding with partners, assisting Volunteers, students, and public inquiries.- Retaining & managing the volunteer engagement between volunteers across 20 chapters on national and international levels regularly by sending out weekly newsletters & holding meetings.- Communicating with the chapter, national, and international partners (AFS INT, AFS Partners, U.S. Embassy) for any inquiries including regular alumni activities reports, collaborative projects, and prospective activities.- Supervising the whole project management (pre, during, post) of Bina Antarbudaya’s volunteers, returnees, and alumni's projects and activities such as international summits, webinars, and workshops.- Managing, organizing, and updating the volunteer database on Google Sheet & company website.Achievement: Successfully established a new database updating system and currently integrating the plan across 20 Chapters in Indonesia.- Designing & conducting training to develop and equip volunteers with new competencies & skills to carry out their tasks. Achievement: Successfully designing and conducting Virtual Volunteer Development Training to equip Volunteers with the latest knowledge and competencies to carry out their tasks.- Developing & executing new project initiatives (in person, hybrid, or virtual). Successfully established activity: Belajar Budaya bareng Bina Antarbudaya, a new & continuous interactive virtual intercultural learning program. Number of finished activities: 12 activities. Achievement: Chapter Exchange, Virtual Cultural Exchanges.
