Customer Service Operations• Oversee the customer service operations by having one on one discussions with the customer service managers to understand what problems they are facing as well as understanding what common problems our end customer is facing• Receive and review customer service KPI reports from customer service managers and ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied with the service
