As the Subject Head (Student Well-Being), I lead in the development and implemention of school-wide and level-wide programs to ensure the holistic development and well-being of the students. I oversee and coordinate initiatives to support the physical, mental, and emotional health of students, as well as fostering a positive and inclusive school environment through the strengthening of Teacher-Student Relationships (TSR) and Student-Student Relationships (SSR).Collaborate with the school's Student Development Team to design and manage programs and interventions to address the diverse well-being needs of students, including the 'R U Ok?' mental health awareness campaign, 'That's Not Cool' bullying prevention program, 'Odd Socks Day' celebrating diversity campaign, online safety awareness campaign, inter and intra-class bonding activities. These programs and interventions aim to teach students upstander strategies to promote peer-helping and peer-influencing as well as strengthen the culture of care amongst students.Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of well-being initiatives, identify trends, and make informed decisions for continuous improvement to strengthen support for the students. Successful in providing just-in-time care and help to students who are high-risk.Engage with parents, community organisations, and relevant stakeholders to foster a supportive network for students' well-being both within and beyond the school environment. Collaborated with an external not-for-profit company to curate a program title ' Project Positivity' to promote well-being through the teaching of growth mindset skills and reflection.

My mission is to cultivate a safe, inclusive environment where students of all abilities can discover the joy of movement, develop confidence and embrace healthy habits. I strive to equip students with the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead healthy, active lives and become mindful stewards of their well-being.
