- Preparing proposals for potential clients. - Preparing engagement letters, budget hours and ensuring optimum utilization of available resources. - Planning and execution of: External audit engagements of financial statements prepared under IFRS and US GAAP as per requirements of ISA and US GAAS Internal audit engagements as per IIA standards Review and compilation engagements Financial accounting and reporting engagements Risk assessment and review of business processes engagements, and Anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance engagements. - Training and motivation, supervision, monitoring progress and coordination to meet reporting deadlines.- Ensuring completion of engagements within budgeted time, taking steps to avoid or minimize cost over runs, analyzing cost over runs and negotiating recovery of cost over runs. - Coordinating with various professionals such as other auditors, bankers, internal auditors, lawyers, actuaries, independent valuators and system and process assurance specialists.- Reporting of significant control weaknesses and other findings to the key management and others as required by applicable laws and regulations and suggesting corrective measures, if appropriate; and- Progress billings and collections.
