This internship program, organized by the Psychology Department of Universitas Islam Indonesia during the pandemic, was designed to provide hands-on experience in an academic setting. Participants collaborated in a large team (12+ members) to support administrative and digitalization projects, including managing journal data, creating digital content, and coordinating events. The program emphasized deadline-driven tasks, teamwork, and effective communication within a dynamic and remote work environment.• Collaborated with a large team of 12+ members to research curriculum and streamline academic processes.• Handled 50 data recap with strong attention to detail and persistence, including summarizing journal data for each active lecturer in the department.• Managed digital content for the 'Kelas Alumni', overseeing the creation of digital assets such as event and committee backgrounds, as well as participant materials.• Developed 2 digital content for UII Psychology, including re-registration announcements.
