Manage and supervise all the HVAC and plumbing services at a pharmaceutical company named GETZ - ASTOLA, Karachi.My role is to plan, coordinate and execute MEP works at site. Ensuring proper coordination among services, maintaining quality standards by following adequate engineering practices and managing resources efficiently are some of the key tasks that I do on regular basis.

• Design, Install/Execute, Commissioning and testing of all the services (Electrical, Mechanical/Plumbing & HVAC) for a LEED certified project with a V3 rating of the Platinum category.• To ensure best coordination among all the services by maintaining quality and aesthetics. • Review and issue construction drawings to contractors provided from the consultant.• Inspection of material to meet standard specifications and select ideal OFM for the project by meeting with recognized manufacturers and suppliers in the world. • Analyze and provide design changes to the project.• Have to take on site decisions in case of any hurdle being faced.• Ensure coordination with the civil (architectural/structural) activities.• Seek and analyze tender bids for different scope of work.• Closely monitor all the tasks and conduct regular coordination meetings and resolve conflicts.

• Designed maintenance management system for the organization where all preventive and corrective actions can be recorded, tracked, and have tendency to search at various points regarding some machine, section, downtime etc. • Take all the preventive actions for maintenance of the equipment used in the plant.• Respond to every malfunctioning/shut down of any machinery or the process and recover it as quickly as possible.• Decent experience on Boilers (8Ton), Generator (1500KVA), Cooling Towers (750Ton), RO Plant (115m3/Hr.), Valves, Pumps (Hydraulics/Pneumatics, manual etc.)• Assist in planning and execution of the new plant.• Prepare design, drawings and its’ performs analysis to follow fabrication of tanks, hoppers, conveyors, platforms & managing its’ teams.• Having command over materials like SS304, SS316L, MS, Al1060, PVC, UPVC, CPVC, GI etc.• Designed improvisations going on in the existing plant.

• Designing pigging tools for pipelines with different mediums on SolidWorks & AutoCAD.• Prepare drawings based on standards followed by the organization (ISO, First angle/Third Angle projection, Welding, Machining). • Create bills of materials (BOM) for every assembly (Outsource or In house produced parts).• Perform research for material selection and manipulate configurations for different pipeline conditions. • Improvising existing designs and configurations for better outcome. • Provide assembly procedure and making it easy to manufacture. • Cost effective and time saving steps to be preferred.

• Designing CAD models of IMT Bull Power Tractor’s parts such as Engine block, Front Axle support, Cam Shaft, Rocker arm, Plates, Steering arms etc.
