Farhan gained multi-dimensional experience while working with ELC Systems. ELC is one of the UK's largest contract resourcing company and the major regional partner in these services with EDS, also has many internal running projects. During his contract with ELC, he was outsourced to EDS, Adobe Systems Inc, British Telecom, Dubai E-Government , Abu Dhabi Ministry of Defense, Abu Dhabi Police etc. He was placed on multiple projects at one time as a consultant having multiple teams under him while getting paid from a single company.Farhan was also hired as a consultant and adviser to Abu Dhabi Police and devised many policies and plans to promote the public safety campaigns in Abu Dhabi.He was also involved in setting up ELC New Media - UAE on behalf of ELC Systems - UK to support the ongoing business requests from its partners in Middle East. Farhan Masood was appointed as an Advisor to the then Minister of Interior and Narcotics, Lt. Gen Retd. Moin Uddin Haider from the first day of his appointment. Farhan was directly responsible for all technical issues related to the Ministry including the web sites of Ministry of Interior, National Accountability Bureau, Federal Investigation Authority and was responsible for the computerization of all the departments that fell under the Ministry of Interior.
