Specialised in civil works, which included measurements of cut and fill works on a sloping site. Also, amalgamation of appropriate specifications and drawings, which included liaising with the Architect and Structural and M&E Engineers. Measuring and calculating quantities of specialist fixed furniture such as science equipment, classroom equipment and sports equipment. Demolition works included writing scope of works for subcontractors and calculating areas of building to be demolished as well as checking asbestos surveys. Carried out value engineering exercises to bring costs within budget.
