My background in both design and development helps me achieve an understanding of every aspect of the process more than most people.Budget: It's one of my tasks to make sure we don't break the client's bank while trying to meet their expectations. If the client wants something that can't be done within their budgets either I give them alternative options or help them find a better cost-effective solution.🎨Lead UI/UX Designer: User research: I oversee most of the user research for our client's projects and make sure me and my team get a good idea of what our client's users want and need.Sketches & Prototypes: Sketches and prototyping are essential for UX and to ensure all our clients' requirements and their user's needs are met before we start working on making it look pretty, thus I ensure this part goes smoothly and our designers and developers communicate each other as needed.Creating Design Systems: Consistency is one of the most important things in UI/UX design.
