     Recruited to drive successful execution of supply chain transformation initiative of the COO and Chief Brand Officer, with a focus on improving innovation, sustainability, cost, quality, and lead time for all Boardriders raw materials across all brands and all geographies. Reviewed and edited our internal corporate sustainability training manual focusing on preferred materials matrix, roles and responsibilities, logo claims and certification requirements aimed at meeting Boardriders sustainability goals.  Collaborated with sustainability teams in US, France, Hong Kong and Australia in achieving alignment on sustainability claims, reporting mechanism, traceability and compliance (AGEC law). Conducted pilot project with US Cotton Trust Protocol (USCTP) and Textile Genesis on traceability and LCA and GHG emission data capture for US cotton fiber used in core tee shirts category. Attended cotton farm tours and sustainability conferences by Cotton Incorporated and AATCC. Functioned as a liaison between Boardriders and California Product Steward Council (CPSC) for advocating the Responsible Textile Recovery Act 2023 under bill SB707 aimed at setting up Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for recycling textiles in California. Created a sustainable strategy for repurposing unsold and defective skateboards in US and Australian warehouses with delivered results. Developed comprehensive framework for consolidating tees, fleece and boardshort fabrics, consolidating from 10k+ to only a dozen core fabrics in each category improving visibility, saving cost, lead time and providing consistent quality to our customers. Helped to counter source fabrics and resolve technical issues in mills in western hemisphere. Supported design requests to conceptualize innovative, sustainable, traceable, biodegradable, recycled, and closed-loop materials for apparels, sun protection tees, wetsuits, accessories, footwear, packaging and inks with current and new suppliers
