 Organize and maintain design & product development including fabric sourcing, research board, tech pack, trims, worksheets, initial development and final product. Analyze manufacturing feasibilities, anticipate problems, facilitate problem solving and address issues in a timely manner. Work with foreign designers to develop seasonal collections and create new garment fits and collaborate to determine best fabric and trim combinations.  Manage sample corrections by translating detailed evaluations. Manage and provide seasonal creative direction in denims. Ensure product consistency with market trends and business strategy. Responsible for communication, co-ordination and negotiation across different channels and departments. Analyze consumer behavior and solicited responses through personal interaction and online surveys to develop new product range.

 Visited Turkey for laundry wash development of exhibitions. Worked on Award Winning product “Denim Active” by Soorty in Munich Fabric Start Blue Zone Awards. Designed & developed capsule collection for showcasing to new buyers. Researches and identifies forecasted trends and fabrications. Created detailed technical sketches of menswear tops and bottoms. Designed & developed seasonal designer capsule collection from all aspects of the entire product design process including market research, mood board creation, designing, sketching, specification, fit, and fabrication, washes & finishes. Interpreted trend boards of Denim PV, Kingpin and MFS into tangible products. Worked closely with product coordinators and merchants and determined viable projects.  Analyzed global and domestic concepts and fashion trends. Managed all aspects of the product design process.
