MEP, Fire Fighting, HVAC Technical Design, Review, Evaluation and Execution:Review and evaluation of technical drawings, Equipment schedules, and submittals, design brief reports, drawings prepared by the design consultants, contractors, and other engineers.Work with technical references and standards (NFPA, ASHRAE) to review MEP design for:- HVAC Systems (Chilled Water System, VRF, Ventilation, Smoke Extraction):- Fire Suppression System (Sprinklers, Hose Reels, Hydrants, Fire Pumps):- Plumbing System (Water Supply, Drainage, Rain Water, Gas):- Vertical Transport System VTS (Elevators, Escalators & Travellators)Design of MEP Services for DHA & Bahria Town Commercial Plots & Inhouse Projects.MEP materials checkups, RFIs, IRs, MIRs, execution of technical jobs, and design supervision of installation of new equipment to ensure high quality of the installation and commissioning of equipment within the defined timelines and resources.Prepare technical evaluation reports for MEP equipment from various vendors/suppliers.Coordination with relevant departments (PMO, Architecture, Civil, Structure and Finishes, Contracts and Procurement) to execute the project plan and to find the timeliest/cost-effective solutions.Site inspection and execution of MEP services as per approved consultant design.
