I am involved in the following day to day tasks:•         Meetings stakeholders to understand business requirements. •         Acting as a Scrum master, running standups, coaching and helping team in implementing Agile principles.•         Identifying and implementing improvements items.•         Working on projects to replace legacy systems with new technologies.•         Meeting and evaluating vendors proposals for ROIs, RFPs etc.•         Making sure that the new applications pass the security C&A exercise•         Writing stories to MS ADO boards.•         Doing evaluation of the new proposed software tools.

Project: Implement new Digital platform at a public entityAt Tenzing I participated in a project to implement a new digital platform and to replace the old legacy system. •         Involved in meetings and workshops with the stakeholders to do requirements elicitation. •         Working with the business stakeholders and understanding the requirements. Carrying over the requirements to the offshore team. Clarifying any queries which the developers have.•         Translating requirements into stories. I was part of the professional services/ software development team which was involved in process designing and development. We used to study clients' business processes and then automated those processes using BPM software. Also we delivered complete solution to the clients like automation of processes, integrations, document management and creating reports. I have worked with various customers in the Middle East region. I also provided training and solution support to customers.

I automated business processes of customers using Ultimus BPM. Also I performed various other roles like providing onsite and offsite BPM Consultancy, support, training and developed workflow processes and custom solutions for many companies around the globe.
