I have been associated with Pakistan Refinery limited as professional (Instrument)from past 12 years. I have 7 years’ experience including 5 years in crude oil Refinery.My primary responsibilities include daily corrective and preventive maintenance & BDM of plant instruments. Preparation and review to perform pending jobs. This exposure to a wide spectrum of maintenance with a rich variety of work experience has provided me with an in-depth view of the Instrument and control system. it has enriched me professionally and equipped me with the traits needed to deal with a variety of situations in an effective and efficient manner.- Hands on experience in installation, commissioning, repairing and maintenance of electrical, electronics & Pneumatic Instruments.-Hands on experience in maintenance, installation, commissioning of fields instruments.- Hands on experience and troubleshooting of Analytical instrumentation like Oxygen, pH, DO & Conductivity analyzers.- Hands on experience of troubleshooting on control loops.- Familiar with SAP for daily routine, preventive maintenance and Material Requisitions.- Hands on experience of troubleshooting on Boilers & Air compressor.- Working knowledge of Yokogawa Centum CS3000 (R3), Honeywell C300 controller with Experion PKS R400.1 and Siemens PCS-7 distributed controls systems (DCS).- Working knowledge of MITSUBISHSI, melsec A and SIEMENS Simatic-7 PLC. - Hands on experience of radar tank gauging system (Enraf).- Hands on experience of commissioning & startup of AIR Compressor with new installed S7-1200 plc.- Execution experience of P&I D, loop sheets, Cause & effect drawings.- Ability to trained Juniors.- Commissioning, loop checking, cause & effect testing, startup activities on reciprocating gas compressor equipped with ESD system (HIMA)
