Responsibilities: - Fully responsible to provide the overall design, proposals, and technical support forClenergy’s PV projects.- Presenting Clenery’s technical product solutions and technical proposals to clients in aprofessional manner.- Coordinating with local designing firms to discuss technical details.- Responsible for the technical support and supervision of on-site inspection, construction,assist to ensure the quality of project construction, delivery, and customer satisfaction (aftersalessupport services)- Provide full technical directions and support for each phase of the development, design, andsystems integration of Clenergy’s PV projects.- Involve in installation support/ training/ Product technical support/ training for Sales, Distributors, andpartners.- Responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project and assist in managing technical resources within budget and project schedule;- Involve in product improvement, and provide market intelligence to the R&D team for product development.- Ensure the team can consistently deliver high-quality services to clients.

Responsibilities:-Representing Antai in providing full technical & supervisory assistance to the client which covers material inspection, mechanical installation training, troubleshooting, and commissioning until project handover.-Assisting clients in confirming the arrived material is in good condition and received according to the BOM (Bill of Material) or packing list.-Provide ground mounting structure installation training to the EPC and subcontractors/installation team. This includes sharing experience, installation tips, and planning in order to help them to be more confident in product installation as well as help to plan out their work efficiently.-Involve in troubleshooting material, installation, or commissioning issues and delivering solutions to the client soonest possible with maintaining transparent communication with the project team, R&D, and QA department.-Performing commissioning works on-site and training the client on product commissioning works at once ensuring them to fully understand the task.-Attend to technical inquiries and product complaints from the clients be it on-site or remotely.-Liaising with the project engineer or manager to ensure all the project field document required by Antai is signed.-Develop a good relationship between Antai with the client and always presented a good company image by maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidence at all times.Project Involved:1.
