I am an Educator at Santa Ana Unified School District, where I manage and teach 30 students across various subjects. I hold a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from UC Irvine, and I have a passion for creating engaging, project-based lesson plans that foster a robust academic foundation. I have core competencies in educational leadership, team building, and diversity and inclusion, which I apply in my daily work and interactions with students, colleagues, and families.In my current role, I utilize digital learning technologies, such as Lexia, ST Math Accelerated Reading Programs, Kahoot, Canvas, and E-glass, to enhance the learning experience and outcomes for my students. I also conduct data analysis from testing results to differentiate instruction, studying diverse student profiles and their learning needs, and adapting teaching methodologies for students from varied economic backgrounds. Previously, I served as the leader of the Dual Immersion Program team at Ontario-Montclair School District Elementary Schools, where I co-taught Mandarin and English, led professional learning communities, and mentored new teachers. I value collaboration, innovation, and cultural awareness, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
