I have to develop/promote and implement Organizational policies and procedures in terms of engagement, management and costing of partnerships.I am responsible to develop capacities and provide needed expertise to program staff and other organizational units in related themes.Working with multi-functional team and develop, recommend and implement programs, based on portfolio of projects backed by both internal and external funding sources.Supervising the management of project and activities carried out by the members of team in order to obtain the expected results in terms of objectives, developing work plans and budgets.Facilitating the evaluation and monitoring mechanisms for Project in accordance with the requirements of each funding agency, in collaboration with the Manager Planning Monitoring, Evaluation and Quality Assurance .Providing the intellectual base / input to all outgoing project documents .
